Had a dinner night out with my lab girls. We gave Ee Ling a birthday treat a day before her birthday, which is our usual practice :)
It's my 2nd time to this restaurant. It's abit like Marche style restaurant, and we ordered quite a lot of food. Haha. Managed to finished everything. Also, I did smile with my braceless teeth :) So happy that I have finally removed my braces. Can still feel the pain, hv to get used to it.
Jaslyn's and my birthday fall on the same month, so the gals decided to celebrate it together :) I was so happi tat they suggested Kbox, as I realli miss singing karaoke :)
Frankly speaking, I had nv danced in the karaoke room b4. All bcos we wanna entertain the rest of the gals.. Yvo n Joc paired up n started dancing. Next moment, I hv to dance with Aihua while singing. Faint.. hahaha. it's realli realli fun, n the cheese cake was damn nice :)
Realli sad tat Joc has to leave for Australia to work.. gonna miss her realli realli bad.. will b posting pics on her farewell dinner soon.
Had dinner with Aihua, Yvonne and Ee Ling to celebrate Aihua's birthday on Friday night. Always like this Korean restaurant as the 小菜 (side dish) is damn good lor. see 1st pic.
The potato salad, bean sprouts and cucumber r exceptionally tasty tat day. So so so nice lor. haha. even the ramen tastes good, esp the seafood one. The rice is a bit disappointing.. We had BBQ pork belly, n it's damn nice :) They have another branch at upper east coast road, but I find tat this branch has nicer food.
Located at 11 Mosque street, this cosy, homely restaurant opens from 6pm-9.30pm for dinner.. Realli very crowded, n takes no reservation. After dinner, we went for a light dessert, n I had 龟苓膏. Quite okay nia.. I guess it was super humid tat night, hv to eat something cooling.
Have started my 12-days holiday, very very free.. but hv been veri lazy in updating my blog =X
My galfrens came to my hse during Xmas eve for a get-together cum manjong session =) I din play cos the bet is jus too small =p Very fun evening, n we had gift exchange.. but my gals r all so nice, friendly, nv even wanna snatch gift! faint... sigh...

Aihua's mum is a very good cook, cos the kuehs which Aihua brought to NUS last time were all very good. One very impt thing is tat she is very interested to try out new dishes, n will think of a way to make them herself.
Attendance was pretty good, onli Yvo, Jas n Ee Ling couldn't make it, but Hin Soon n Yujun joined in the fun since their good bubby kok ping came back from US for a short holiday. He will b going back end of tis month. Very fun night truely n we had a lot of food.

After dinner, we played manjong n bridge till very late. n guess wat.. Aunty made some more food for us... I took the pics of her making tat food.. I believe u can guess wat's tat when u r at the 5th pic..

Went karaoke with my colleagues last night.. cos it's Ladies' night at K-Box every thurs =)
For girls, we jus hv to pay for 1 drinks + copyright tax. Guys' cover charge is $18++. Overall, it was veri fun. My dear Ai Leng was snatching e mic from all of us. LOL!

Met up with my galfrens for Ee Ling's bday gathering. Went Togi.. the "xiao cai" was as good as usual =p
We had a great time eating n catching with one another. We ate so fast tat, I did not hv the chance to take pics of our food.. some delicious "xiao cai" served unlimited at the restaurant>>
We went over to people's park center after dinner for desset.. realli sinful.. the dessert were quite nice, a bit pricely oso. Yvonne is on braces, so she refused to be in the pic... so she took tis pic for us.
After seeing Yvo's braces, I realli can't wait for my turn. The Q mus b veri long.. sigh...
Glad to see tat Joc is very happy at GSK. Good company, good prospect, I believe she will do well there
