Finally made my rational choice.. Volkswagen Jetta TSIIt's almost like love at first sight.. But my 1st test drive wasn't so smooth. It was raining heavily tat monday where I went down to test drive both Jetta and Impreza.. Test drive for impreza 2.0 turned out better.. but my resistance from the fact tat subaru cars r too beng for me..
So decided to go for my 2nd test drive for Jetta the very next day.. Jus cannot feel the power of DSG engine, after hearing so much from my bro.. Good enuff, I felt the good power from the engine, and I managed to reduce the price further by $300 :) :) Also my Yaris can sell for quite a good price, so decided to let go my current ride for this beauty.. The car is available in stock, and I shud b getting it next week earliest.
Gonna part with my pigs soon.. sighz.. realli feel sadz, esp when the car dealer told me he doesn't wan the decals.. too bad.. hv to remove tis weekend.
Been thinking about changing my car, cos I wanted a bigger boot space.. Haiz.. probably it might b a good time to change since my Yaris is about 3Yr 5mths old.
Many cars come to my mind.. Hv to set a budget + my main aim. Boot space and $60k budget.
Still thinking what's the best for me.. hmmm...
My poor pig car is under repair now, for at least 2 days!
Sadz... the lucky thing is that my decal is intact, no need for any touch-up. But need to change my rear bumper, rear lamp and bumper clip (tink I got the term correct..)
What realli happened was that I m on the leftmost lane along clementi road, right infront of cheese prata shop. I tink the car in front of me suddenly jam-braked (as usual =_=), cos he wanted to park infront of the shop. Well, I managed to brake in time, cos I m a safe n good driver. Tat stupid driver who was driving behind me tried to swirl to the right lane, but din manage to do it in time, hitting my right rear realli badly. Even my rear lamp was damaged! FED-UP + PISSED!
He din wan to pay for my $635 repair quoted by my mechanics, asked me to let his mechanics repair @ $500. Pls lor, his mechanic din even look at my car, n give a stupid quote. So no choice, hv to report to IDAC, claim his insurance since he is unhappy to pay $135 more, forfeiting his NCD. Actually, though all the trouble of reporting, I got to have a temp car to drive these 2 days. Toyota Altis, a bit longer so mus drive carefully, n esp parking! HAIZ... sianz + sianz + sianz.....
Actually supposed to b a very happi day for me as I hv more of my spree-ing stuffs to blog.. Now realli no mood today..
Sis jio me to bring Megan to tis nursery near parkway.. so drove thr at about 9.15am.. I was carrying Megan, so sis drove lor. I found that the sound from the engine was very funny when sis started it.. n realli suay suay.. my car battery went flat tat day...
The suay thing was tat it went flat when we were at the nursery, n Megan's feed time is 10.30am.. Luckily sis called her neighbour Efon for help, n she drove me to the SPC petrol kiosk find a guy to jump start my engine.. Their car battery is damn exp, n some funny brand lor.. I called my mechanics, n went down to Alexandra to change my car battery. realli a suay morning for me.. luckily i din miss Megan's feedtime, if not.. will b serious man...
Just in time to reach sis's home, packed n drove to Hyatt for our planned Hi-tea. Sis's fren andy works thr, so we hv 50% discount, tat's about $14 per person, very very cheap. I like tis hi-tea, can eat my all time fav english pastry, SCONES! Hee!
But i had diarrhea at about 5pm.. dunno y.. my family all ok, except me lor.. tummy feels funny throughout the whole day.. Wondering y I keep having tummyache, where I eat the same food as the others, n they r all okay except me... Qiang told me to drink more Yakult.. hmmm.. i wanted to see a specialist if possible. Can't stand the tumyache n diarrhea thingy. so irritating.
Have been looking around for cute anime pics for Sharon, as she's also interested to get her Jazz done with a nice full-car decal. As her ride is a red Jazz, it's not ez to get something to match. I found these pics called pucca & garu, which match her red Jazz very very well, though she would prefers animal type of anime, like bear, cow, etc... Feel free to leave a msg if u hv any cartoon in mind..
Got inspired to create a blog probably due to my car.. It happened few months ago when I saw Roy's car.. It was so nicely designed, with the camouflage thingy.. it blend so well with the color of his swift... see photo

I have searched a week for nice themes.. cartoons r the 1st thing I wan.. mus choose something which is not too fanciful, too girlish or too "man" . I happened to find this mura military pig from korean cartoon website. It was damn damn cute.. haha. I went down to the shop at sim ming drive last sat with Sharon. One of the staffs, Alec, got back to me today to go down to the shop to look at the design.. It's so fast!!
I was very very impressed with their design. Sorry 4 e poor quality.. can't make it too good, in case it is being copied by others..
will be driving my car down next sat to install the decal. Realli excited about it.
