Helped my mum renew her passport online 2 weeks ago, n she jus collected it tis afternoon. It was veri ez, as I took her pic using my sis's camera, resize n upload it over the online application. The interesting thing about her new passport is the esplanade spiky image on the pages. Realli special to have tat.. but I can't get a clear pic of the pages..
Another thing tat I notice is the passport numbers. Usually, our NRIC n passport numbers r the same. But they issued a new numbers (sorri tat I can't reveal). It costs about $70 or $80 to renew the next 5 yrs... quite exp I tink.
I feel tat e pic was qute nicely taken, as she looks refreshed n happi, but she keeps asking whether her old passport photo looks nice.. I said the new one is prettier! then she continued.. bla bla..
"Don't u wanna look younger n prettier even when u grow old?" I said.
n she laughed n stopped asking at last! >_< FAINT x 99
