Kopi Luwak Coffee
Kopi Luwak Coffee - or civet coffee, or popularly known as the "cat-poo coffee".. Heard it was sold in Australia @ AUD40 per cup.... frankly speaking, I only got to know the existence of this coffee today.. muahaha!
Feeling so dumb, I went to search more about this coffee :) These coffee are widely sold in Indonesia, as it has to be excreted from Indonesia civet cats. In simple words, the cats feed on the beans, and whatever beans which are not digested by the cat will b excreted out n further processed into this coffee powder, the well-know cat-poo coffee. Sounds super disgusting right. Seems to b a lot of ppl like this coffee, said to hv exceptionally aroma.. haha I guess aroma from the cat poo! muahaha
My colleague jus came back from Bali, n bought a tin of 100g kopi luwak at S$20. n This is how I got to know about this coffee. I guess will not dare to try this coffee lor =X
