More supplements for me
Joined this iherb spree again, where I bought another detox brand. Highly recommended in some blogsites. Previously I bought 4.3.2.1 diet and detox for a cycle of 15days, but din really get more than 1bowel per day. I guess I need something stronger.
This new detox I bought is called Ultimate Cleanse, from Nature's Secret. I guess will start this after I finish my previous stock, another 12 days to go....

Also, I bought this herbal supplement, Ho Shou Wu capsules. In chinese 何首乌, which has high content of glycosides. Known to be a natural supplement for restoration of hair color and prevent hair loss. I guess I hv inherited my mum's natural white hair.. haiz.. hope tis will help a bit.

The Ultimate Cleanse detox gave me some free supplements for skin, hair n nails.. not bad lor. Also 2 CDs for personal wellness. Haha.. havent got the time to look at it.
