My recent meals
Dunno for wat reason, I hv been gaining weight for the past 1 yr.. almost 3Kg.. So I hv planned a healthy meal by eating lesser for the past 4 days.
Morning - orange juice + toast/soft bread (optional)
Lunch - anything as long as it's a heavy meal
Dinner - salad with thousand islands salad dip (eg. carrot, cucumber, bell peppers, etc)
Dinner is most crucial. As little carbo as possible will b good. Amazingly, not sure if it's jus the water I lost, I lost 2Kg now.. ahaha.. hope this will last for as long as I can :)
